Daria is a photographer and visual artist currently living and working between Kyiv and Paris.
Originally from Odesa, Ukraine, Daria moved to France to pursue a M.A. in Photography & Video at École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, graduating in 2023.
In her artistic practice, Daria explores the connections between past and present, focusing primarily on the youth and cultural, social, and political contexts in which young people live.
Using photography as her main tool, Daria aims to create a sincere and subtle portrait of her generation.
Since 2022, Daria’s artistic focus has shifted toward witnessing the consequences of the Russian war against Ukraine.
Her works are part of the collection of MOKSOP (Museum of the Kharkiv School of Photography).
